You pay but they do not give you the data you have payed for. Scam.

Worst company in the world! I've waste £28 in the past couple week.first i purchased a sim card, which after 2 weeks hadn't arrived so i bought a data bolt on. WhatsApp wouldn't work so i thought it wasn't enough data so i bought a new £20 plan. And it still didn't work. I mustve called about 50 times and sent 3 emails with no response. It took an entire week to figure out which combination of numbers would get me through to a human rather than a bot on the phone line.but then the humans are just as robotic. Repeatedly saying 'we are sorry about the inconvenience' but absolutely refusing a refund because part of my data has been used. It could drive a person to suicide.

Everything was good for years until I started using their international services, which were working at first but then just stopped. I kept this SIM card to receive security codes from banks etc., everything was working until I decided to pay for a year upfront, then I stopped receiving any sms and support said that you apparently can’t receive codes in sms. What?? After countless tries to figure out how to fix my problem, they’d just hang up on me, leave the chat and ignore my emails. I’m not the kind of person to write negative reviews but my experience with them is horrible. On top of everything, my phone got locked with their SIM card and here I am abroad have to carry two phones to use mine and put a local SIM card on the second. Just unbelievable. And I can’t even get a refund because they ignore me. Hopefully they’ll see this and try to contact me to fix my problem. Other than that, they were great, but once you have problems forget about getting any help.

Hell with customer service I am using Lyca mobile service in USA. I can say one thing here you are good until you get into any issue I mean literally any issue. you got any issue the next moment you are gone just forget lyca and port out to another mobile service .. Lyca Customer service has only email no live agent on phone its just one sided communication.. don't even think about email support 2 days to 10 days is minimum response for each email .. some times you wait for ever to get response.. some times and they ask literally the same thing again and again.. I was following up for a small issue of auto renew which took more than 1 month and now I am ended up porting out . *** If you ever wish choosing LycaMobile then please make a note that there is no customer support to listen and resolve your issue not on call and not on email***

Message of personal interest to all customers from which you use Unfortunately the company Lycamobile. from 22 September 2022 to the date of 17 November 2022 I ended up being blackmailed and charged financially abusively by the company Lycamobile the amount of £180 in which my normal extra option in fact and in Law is £30 they are the biggest thieves and scammers on top of that, they also blocked my abusive phone number. please totally avoid this company Lycamobile uk so you don't have those unpleasant surprises you get blackmailed again with money taken and number blocked abusively avoid Lycamobile totally avoid them as much as you can run away from them the biggest quacks robbers the biggest jackals animals if you want to be financially secure run away from them like hell!

Scam. Instead of getting some 10 eur good-to-go internet as a tourist I paid 60 eur so far and was forced to get 3 month plan because that's cheapest they have. I spent some 8 hours troubleshooting how to order things in 50/50 English-Dutch language. Then the plan ran out leaving me lost in a different country and topping up gave me just few hours of internet leaving me stranded again. The bonus 30 euro they give your for topping up 30 euros can not be used internationally so they are useless. AVOID.

Dealing with this company is a time-wasting nuisance. Initially I considered the overall experience was a scam that had hacked the company although eventually I had a reply from Lyca through a respected online review site. Due to various poor reviews online and my experience I have decided to cancel my sim contract, although after many hours chat waiting and contact time the sim has not arrived after 12 days.

The worst mobile provide ever I had. Not recommended at all. No way to top up instead of to buy bundle or pay 10 or 20€. Do not use it. P.S. I wrote the email to their support with a question and did not receive any response during two weeks since I sent this. That’s mean they do not care about their customers

I don't understand why it has 4.5 stars and why this company can exist. I bought a promotion sim card from their web site, $5.00 for 2 gb a month. First I tried to port in my existing number, but their web site gave a bizzare error, something like: success: undefined. So I call their CS, gave all required information. Then she told me it would take 24 hours to finish porting. After 25 hours, the porting didn't happen (I had their sim card in the phone). So I called again. This time, the CS told me there was no port-in request for my phone #. I was surprised but decided to try again, giving all information.... 24 hours passed, porting-in didn't happen. I called again. This time, CS told me that there is a porting request matching the sim card #, but phone # is not my phone #. There are 2-3 digits difference from my phone #. He offered to submit a new port-in request. I told him, forgot it, I have no confidence in the company. It is a waste of my time and money.

Awful Experience I switched to Lycamobile for a monthly sim card that never arrived. Adfter 3 weeks without phone I was told by customer service to go buy another card so that they could install the package for me. After passing over the number and waiting a few more days where I was told my complaint was put in “high priority” I finally get hold of another customer service exec who tells me that they don’t do that and the previous employee I spoke to was wrong and had no knowledge of how the system work. Put in high priority again no response. I went back to my older provider Virgin and begged them to have me back! I’m back up and running in less that 48 hours with a good deal. Remember: If it sounds too good to be true…it most probably is…

I bought a sim for month few months before. I did not put auto renewal at all. And we did not use this sim. As extremely poor customer service and below quality faulty online mangment. Today, I have found sneakily they took money from my card £7.90, since then almost 10-12 months. What a scam company, stay away. Never put your card with them, it's not safe at all.

I don't know how best to describe this network but this look more like a scam. I bought bundle worth of 10 pounds, I made a call of about 30 seconds when I hear "please top up". I thought it was a joke but it was not, that was the end of the 10 pounds, no data, no message. I tried to reach out to them but no response. I bought another one for 5 pounds (because I really needed to make a call). To my amazement again the same thing happened. I have lost 15 pounds and the network provider has done nothing, no response. I had to borrow someone's phone to make make the call.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We haven't been able to make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls for more than 10 days and there is nobody who can be reached in customer support. Their website and app are always broken so you can't log into your account or get information needed to port out the number to a new service provider.

Bought sim, arrived quick but after that nightmare. 4 days later still waiting for pin to start plan even though transferred number over and have taken payment. Still waiting. Phone 4 time and no further forward keep saying in next 24-48 hrs will get email and not helpful. Can’t make calls or sent text still 4 days later.

BEWARE!!! Lycamobile UK are refusing to process a £30 refund, promised to me by their customer service team. DONT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY TOO!!!
