“Inconsistent success in saving. I have to save every message twice to be sure that it is saved to its destination and to get the subject line stamp to appear/remain. Pretty dumb problem to have, so I'm not thrilled with this product.”

“Would be nice to know where I have filed the emails - as sometimes I might file them in the wrong place! Also, when I have added a new 'place' to file an email it doesn't always pick up the new place but goes to the one at the top of the list. As I had just created the new place I thought it should know that is where I wanted it to be filed!”

Hi Alison, thanks for taking the time to give us a review. The 'Status' button that appears in the Mail Manager add-in in Outlook, shows a list of all of the emails you've recently filed. To move or copy an email to a different folder, you can click on the email in Status, and select 'move to' or 'copy to' and then choose where you want to move the email. When you add a new folder, the machine learning in Mail Manager won't yet have learnt a criteria to suggest this folder when it comes to filing new emails. After you file one email to the new filing location, the machine learning effectively remembers the email and suggests this location to similar emails going forward. I hope this helps! Hi Ian, Thanks for your feedback. It may interest you that Version 10 has an auto-update feature built in, meaning that updates can now run in the background with less disruption. You can download Version 10 from our website if you haven't got it already. I hope this helps. Many Thanks, Alex
