Mail Manager is the most useful piece of software I use daily. We have been using Mail Manager for years and I can't imagine not having it!

For me, Mail Manager's two greatest benefits, are firstly the fact that it makes it so easy to file emails, and secondly the power of its search engine to easily find what you are looking for.

I've just called Support with an unusual error. A friendly, knowledgeable agent worked through multiple scenarios and options until a solution was found all within one call. Really impressed.

Mail Manager has made if easy for any authorized individual in our company to search under key technical topics / key words and to easily identify who in our organization may have past relevant experience that can be applied to current projects. It's allowed us to instantly call up recent emails related to pressing issues to rapidly prepare for an unexpected meeting. It's radically reduced wasted time spent searching our email database, and increased accuracy and thoroughness of the results. It has dramatically reduced the amount of server storage space needed for email messages.

Very good product and as many have said a great way to enable easy email search for different projects when multiple people involved. Receptive to suggestions too.

This service will fail to auto update constantly. It will fail without notification for weeks. It will never work well with your company's new, more stringent IT department. It will fail to search your emails, it will fail to file them correctly. After all of this, the customer support will screen you through a long series of holding periods. Do not buy this, do not install it.

We are an A/E firm with and architectural department and four engineering departments. Our workflow is project based and Mail Manager has facilitated our ability to file emails, attachments and other data according to project across all departments. This has largely eliminate duplication of emails and attachments, has facilitated our PM's ability to quickly respond to Owner or GC requests for information, which has also increased our ability to solve problems as they arise rather than it taking a day or so for a group of people to sort through their personal emails, (because they didn't manually file them on the server where they were supposed to file them). This latter feature has improved our control of the work flow and construction process, and makes our Clients happier!

We were looking at various software packages for managing e-mails, and most of them were providing team based instead of project based approaches. We are a small/medium sized company and only have one team, so a team based approach would not work. We chose Mail Manager because it has a very good project based approach, and everyone can see the e-mails tied to a project easily. The search function is wonderful, and have been using it regularly to find things that other people have saved.

A game changer for our business. The ability to file and share project emails with a couple of clicks is well worth the investment. Being able to search all emails has saved hours of time since we implemented it.

I find Mail Manager very useful for filing Job correspondence quickly and efficiently. We previously used public folders which was quite cumbersome. Mail manager is a big improvement.

Overall a good product. But there are many obvious bugs that they refuse to fix as "their support team are busy developing new platform integration" (as I was told). Maybe your support team should be given some time to fix the bugs (that you agree are known bugs) for those people who are actually using and paying you for the platform that is financing your development!? There was also a minor API I wanted wrote, that I even offered to pay for someone in MM to write for us. But was told "we're too busy to help". Very disappointing.

We have tens of thousands of emails to process and finding information, sometimes several years after the event is like finding a needle in a haystack. Mail Manager makes filing easy and searching for information is also very good. Great support from Mail Manager as well

Really easy and simple to set up. Helps organise email systems really easy and can also save in individual file paths. The lady we set it up with from Mail Manager was very good and made everything very simple to understand.

I have been using Mail Manager for about five years now and it is one of the simplest and robust software to manage your emails. Most importantly the feature to save and tag files associated with the email is one of the best I could ever wanted. The search option is also very easy and quick.
