“Very happy with mail manager. We are a small company who need to share emails with each other since all members of staff work on all projects. Using mail manager allows us to save project correspondence on our own server so that any member of the team can respond to any email. The search tool is very easy to use. Plus our Outlook runs a lot faster since we are no longer storing emails in shared storage folders within Outlook which was causing us issues in the past.”

“It gives us great peace of mind to know that we have an easily accessible audit trail of all our communications. Our employees absolutely love Mail Manager and use it constantly throughout the day. “Excellent piece of software for email management that reliably predicts and recommends filing locations based on usage, integrates well with outlook. Interface need to be modernised, especially if you want to change the filling folder location. However, at £15 per calendar month it is just not cost effective for a lot of companies (including mine). I would love the see a single purchase option.”
