Really easy and simple to set up. Helps organise email systems really easy and can also save in individual file paths. The lady we set it up with from Mail Manager was very good and made everything very simple to understand.

I have been using Mail Manager for about five years now and it is one of the simplest and robust software to manage your emails. Most importantly the feature to save and tag files associated with the email is one of the best I could ever wanted. The search option is also very easy and quick.

Intuitive interface and easy to use. Great customer support from initial setup to occasional questions. Provides a safe, simple way of managing our email data.

Fast searches of thousands of messages! Great support! Improvements? Advanced search queries need to be surfaced in the user interface. Put the cursor in the filter locations box when the advanced filing dialog opens.

Great product from a functional perspective, but we've been experiencing computer sluggishness with some of our users using it. Just discovered from a customer service agent today that "In terms of the running processes of our (mail manager) software, usage is within the expected parameters. CPU usage due to the background indexer fluctuates between 40% and around 97% total". 97%?!?!?!?! The suggestion was for us to get a more powerful machine for our users. We have machines that run Autodesk Inventor (3D drafting software) and you think we need bigger / better machines to run your software? Perhaps mail manager is not ready for a medium to large sized enterprise as ourselves.

it generally enables me to find previous emails, but not always! one improvement would be the curser jumping to the filter locations box when I open the advanced filing screen

We have been using Mail Manager for 16 months. It is simple to implement and use. It has transformed information flows, archiving and retrieval. As a result, we have experienced dramatic improvements in efficiencies, productivity, teamworking and Customer Service and Experience. Thoroughly recommend to any size of business.

Mail Manager streamlines filing of project emails for our company. It is very easy to use and intuitive. I find that it saves a lot of time compared to our previous method of using public folders.

Weve used Mail Manager in the past and the original creator was really helpful and responsive. At one poitn we started to have more off-site and mobile workflows so the features at the time were not meeting our needs and we canceled the service. At this time we were trying to reasses Mail manager as it looks like they have integrated many new features that would accommodate our workflows, however, the customer service has been dreadful and they have not made any effort to get our trial functional in order for us to decide if we are ready to pay for this service again. Very disappointing for what used to be a great brand.
