“The filing of emails is quick and intuitive, and the indexing / search tool makes it invaluable. Works well with large numbers (hundreds of thousands) of emails stored on a network drive, including when accessing from home over VPN. The company's support and continuous improvement model is also excellent.”

“It does exactly what it says on the tin in a really easy to use, low hassle way. It makes filing emails properly on the fly really simple. Personal mailboxes are now much smaller. Finding and searching for emails across the teams becomes a doddle The process is secure and easy to back up. Love it.”

“As a small business with a lot of projects from a fairly small number of clients, filing them in the right place the first time is essential. Mail manager does this brilliantly, more often than not guessing right for a filing location, and retrieving e-mails from keywords is very easy. I have used this for over 15 years and I wouldn't be happy to operate without it.”

“Heavy on system resources, not massively flexible, relies too much on end users rather than automatic based on subject line keys. Doesn't work with App versions of Outlook”

Hi there! Thank you for providing us with some valuable feedback. We have spoken to our support team and they have advised me that our development team have made the software as highly tuned as they can make it, and have advised for you to take a look at the troubleshooting information as one of these steps might improve your speed issue. We really appreciate the feedback surrounding the AI part of the software, this is something that we are working on so in the near future we hope for things to be much more automated. In the meantime, we are actually running totally free Monthly Training Webinars on the first Wednesday of every month at 4pm and we think some extra best practice training might be good for the existing users to make sure they are filing every time, there also might be some helpful tips on the webinar they weren’t aware of!

“I love this product - but---this weekend, I tried to find the link to show me how to share Mail Manager with Dropbox and other users and I got the 404 message. Due to the time difference between the UK and Texas is the only reason there is a lapse with e-mail. I understand that and it does not bother me in the least.”

“Mail manager is brilliant, occasionally items to be filed linger as pending and you have to redo them so you have to keep an eye on your sent items just to make sure that everything has been filed appropriately.”
