I find it more frustrating than anything. I have 5000 emails, and whenever I try to batch file things it locks up or just doesn't execute. So in reality I have to file old emails 1 by 1......... Also customer service keeps referring to me as Blaine, and this survey even says Blaine - I am not Blaine.

It works well at finding specific emails. If (unsurprisingly) you can remember enough criteria about the message, like what key words might be in it, who you sent it to, roughly when you sent it. It will trim a list down very fast with this stuff and pull a lot of hay off the needles. But if you can't remember some key stuff like that , you're in trouble regardless of the product you choose for this job.

Hard to keep the review short, as it's an amazing piece of software. We use it for work, makes collaboration so easy when everyone has access to all the info. I wouldn't change anything about it, but I'm giving it 4 stars because I wish there was a Mac version or a mobile version for both Android and iOS.

Really good application for organising emails into folders so that they can be viewed by the whole team. The application is easy to use with a range of personalisation settings. It nicely solves the problem of having important project information saved only to one person's email account. It does slow down opening of Outlook by a few seconds (as Microsoft keeps reminding me) but this has never been a problem.

Product is good but the new licencing and way that is sold to customers is dishonest!!

Hi Mark, Thank you for your honest feedback. We have changed our renewal model this year as we feel that due to the pace of change in our industry, and the fact that our software needs regular updating to keep up with Outlook, a subscription based model was more suitable. On our previous model, licences were bought on a perpetual basis and we felt that it could be seen as misleading to expect the software to work forever without the annual upgrades. I hope this helps you to understand our motives behind the change, and reassure that it was for honest reasons. In addition to this, our latest version has an auto-upgrade feature to ensure that everyone has access to an up-to-date version of Mail Manager. Kind Regards, Alex

Very god software, invaluable for sharing information in a team environment. An app for mobile devices would be a welcome addition.

After being a long term user of Mail Manager and being the decision maker and budget holder getting it into engineering company I previously worked for, I have been a very long term advocate for Mail manager. I also use it at home for many year as its just so powerful and helpful, to the point I do not want to be without it. Version 10 upgrade has stopped mail manager from working and after numerous emails with support to fix it, it's still refusing to file anything, but I can search. I'm also been told that support for IMAP / SMTP is being removed meaning I cant use the software any more, after over 10 years of filing, and no communication to existing customers about this. A very sad day and being forced to look at alternate applictions, of which there are very few. I will continue talking to support in the hope they can get it working but not holding out much hope..
