I find it more frustrating than anything. I have 5000 emails, and whenever I try to batch file things it locks up or just doesn't execute. So in reality I have to file old emails 1 by 1.........
Also customer service keeps referring to me as Blaine, and this survey even says Blaine - I am not Blaine.
