“Nice very simple way of organising you messages into folders - cloud or on PC/laptop. So it clears your inbox and puts things in sensible places. I’ve used it for years and lo and behold.......it still works without you having to do new it training on something that might..... More sophisticated functions seem to be available too....”

“Is an easily installable bit of software without a heavy footprint. Main issue has been compatibility with Outlook 2016 - it works most of the time, but at times it can slow the email client right down. Outlook will then disable the Mail Manager and we've had users for which the software has just disappeared from Outlook for this reason. With education, users are realising they can easily re-enable the MM add-in themselves.”

“Mail Manager is an indispensable part of our business. It allows us to share e-mail throughout the organization and keep a record of all incoming and outgoing communications. I don't know how companies survive without this essential office tool.”

“Been using Mail Manager since around 2004 when based in Arup Cardiff. Now I'm in Dubai and cannot work without it. Keep up the good work. The support team is excellent and efficient.”

“I have used Mail Manager for around 10 years starting in an engineering company. I now use it at home as well as its brilliant at filing emails weve sent or received containing information we want to keep (purchase records, license keys, legal, financial and tax info etc) and when searching I always find the information Im looking for quickly, sometimes from many years before. Excellent software.”

“It's really very good, filing emails (eg assigning to particular projects) without it would be very tedious indeed, and being able to search very quickly for past emails is invaluable. I really wouldn't be without it.”

“There are several good reasons why you should not keep everything in your email system. Doing something about it is tedious, unless you have a tool that is easy to use and manage - anything more complicated will not be used routinely or reliably. Mail Manager answers these issues nicely at reasonable cost.”

“Mail Manager allows all of our employees to have control over all project related emails no matter who they are sent to and have access even when they are out of the office. We now have an organized way to file and search theses documents. Plus, the software is easy to use and easy to train new users. I do not know how we would manage the ever growing email correspondence our firm receives without Mail Manager.”
