Is an easily installable bit of software without a heavy footprint.
Main issue has been compatibility with Outlook 2016 - it works most of the time, but at times it can slow the email client right down.
Outlook will then disable the Mail Manager and we've had users for which the software has just disappeared from Outlook for this reason.
With education, users are realising they can easily re-enable the MM add-in themselves.
