“There are several good reasons why you should not keep everything in your email system. Doing something about it is tedious, unless you have a tool that is easy to use and manage - anything more complicated will not be used routinely or reliably. Mail Manager answers these issues nicely at reasonable cost.”

Hi Garry! Thank you for that feedback, keep your eyes peeled on the version 10 release in May as we will be releasing a new mobile app feature that works with SharePoint!

“Would be nice to know where I have filed the emails - as sometimes I might file them in the wrong place! Also, when I have added a new 'place' to file an email it doesn't always pick up the new place but goes to the one at the top of the list. As I had just created the new place I thought it should know that is where I wanted it to be filed!”

Hi Alison, thanks for taking the time to give us a review. The 'Status' button that appears in the Mail Manager add-in in Outlook, shows a list of all of the emails you've recently filed. To move or copy an email to a different folder, you can click on the email in Status, and select 'move to' or 'copy to' and then choose where you want to move the email. When you add a new folder, the machine learning in Mail Manager won't yet have learnt a criteria to suggest this folder when it comes to filing new emails. After you file one email to the new filing location, the machine learning effectively remembers the email and suggests this location to similar emails going forward. I hope this helps!
