“I've been using Mail Manager through work for quite a while now. It takes a little time to get your head around it in the beginning however it is an extremely intuitive program and has definitely made our lives a lot easier. New updates and features are regularly added making the program even more impressive. Couldn't imagine the chaos of not using it now!”

“We have been a user for about 8-9 months now. As an end user MM makes life so much simpler for storing and sorting or searching for past email. My team has given me rave reviews as well, and we can all share email and access to the same files. No more hidden files in someone else's inbox, and trying to track them down to find that last piece of information. Simple and easy to use, blends seamlessly with our Outlook email. The search tool is outstanding, limited only by your imagination.”

“There are plenty of so-called solutions that offer to make our lives easier, but which really only make them more complicated and sometimes more costly. Mail Manager is not one of them. Installation in fairly painless. It must be, becasue I managed it. In use, it is of low impact on the system and on my senses. The most appealing feature, for me, is that it puts my emails where I want, locally, filed in a way that suits me, so that I can move them and retrieve them as and when I need, without the need of other software or add-ons (apart from MS office, which is practically ubiquitous). I have rarely used customer support but, on the odd occasion, it has been prompt and effective.”

“I am an end user. This program makes it fast and easy to file incoming and outgoing emails in the correct project directory. The search function is powerful and pretty intuitive. I'd recommend it if you are wanting to be systematic in filing your correspondence.”

“Simply put, Mail Manager is life changing. In a time of information overload it removes all the burdens from the email management, storage and finding processes...apart from responding to them of course! Mail manager is no longer an option for us, its as essential as the computer itself. It keeps up with revisions to other software, has never failed to work and its capabilities are being continually expanded. Well priced and worth every penny, with great online live user teach-ins and live forums, and the helpline response is instant.”
