“The best mail management tool I had the chance to use in my career. Nice integration in Microsoft Outlook and simple to use. Hope there would be a "SIMPLE" direct way to purchase a single user licence online without all the process of sort of negociating the transaction by email. Fortunately, the team is surprisingly efficient and the process remains relatively simple.”

“We have adopted Mail Manager as our digital document platform.....its great apart from one thing......you don't have an IOS (apple) option which means it is not totally 10% usable across our network as some people use i pads and Macs. Do you have plans to add an IOS based version?”

“Our company have used Mail Manager since 2009 and the program has been central to managing our communications. We decided to use MM when we decided to embrace email correspondence as part of our QA system. We researched many systems for QDM (including communications) and realised that whatever system we chose, uncontrolled email correspondence outside any system presented a risk. We also understood that any system that required external users to change their behaviour was unlikely to succeed. MM allowed us to leverage the most common form of communication in completely transparent way. The system is invisible to external users, except that they are always surprised at how quickly and reliably our staff can extract the relevant emails even from projects that finished years ago.”

“I run a small company and have 15 staff 2 admin and 13 technical engineers and draftsman. I have used mailmanager for over 12 years. the product provides a really simple way of saving individual emails. With many people on one project the centrally filed emails help us find information which can be scattered over numerous email accounts. Mal manager is set to save every time someone views a new email they are asked where it needs to be saved. It "forces" people to save information on projects. the simple shared files allow every one to use one central location (which we have found works on a server, NAS and sharepoint). this means we only have to save a locaiton once for the whole company to use it. I have 12 years experience with mailamanger. Their licensing is simple. check the box to return mailmanager once outlook is closed and you and others can use on multiple machines. support: not blistering fast, but they do get a person back to you in 24 hours (a real person). someone also answers the phone when you call. never had a problem that couldnt be sorted. the software seems "dear" for a bolt on to outlook. but my does it save hours in time looking for emails that someone else sent from their machine.”

“Very easier to use and straight forward software that helps to keep the number of emails in your inbox at a very low number. A drawback nonetheless, MM does not seem to keep up when filing a very large number of emails at once. I recommend it though!”
