I run a small company and have 15 staff 2 admin and 13 technical engineers and draftsman. I have used mailmanager for over 12 years. the product provides a really simple way of saving individual emails. With many people on one project the centrally filed emails help us find information which can be scattered over numerous email accounts. Mal manager is set to save every time someone views a new email they are asked where it needs to be saved. It "forces" people to save information on projects. the simple shared files allow every one to use one central location (which we have found works on a server, NAS and sharepoint). this means we only have to save a locaiton once for the whole company to use it. I have 12 years experience with mailamanger. Their licensing is simple. check the box to return mailmanager once outlook is closed and you and others can use on multiple machines. support: not blistering fast, but they do get a person back to you in 24 hours (a real person). someone also answers the phone when you call. never had a problem that couldnt be sorted. the software seems "dear" for a bolt on to outlook. but my does it save hours in time looking for emails that someone else sent from their machine.
