“I have been a user for many years now and find it an invaluable resource in finding and keeping historical records even when using a number of email accounts. It has proven itself when matters have been questioned after a long period of time and I can say that it has paid for itself in both the time and money saved.”

“Have been using mail manager for about a year now. It enables us to manage our email inboxes and to find old messages. Now that correspondence is almost wholly by email instead of paper letters, it was essential to find and use a suitable system and this is better that the two previous systems we used. Surprisingly a couple of members of staff are not yet convinced of the benefits. Would prefer MM to suggest filing locations using the project as first priority, rather than by person. We run a number of different projects with the same client team. Getting old emails, prior to using MM, filed under the MM style was a problem and perhaps this would be a suitable improvement for the future.”

Imagine a different world, where your emails are retrievable in seconds, where your sent emails are automatically filed and where your inbox only contains the items you are actually working on. That is a reality when you have Mail Manager to help organise your communications. It really does make life so much easier and will save you time - and therefore money - paying for itself very quickly. In two years, I've saved over 55k emails, and can access anything I need across the whole collection in seconds. This is a very powerful tool I wouldn't want to be without now!”

“I've ben using this for more years than I can remember .. its a fantastic addition to Outlook in order to keep things field away and safe under each project. Options for filing as well, but great for keeping things in date order. If I had anything to say where improvement could be made is that actual dashboard itself .. just looks little dated now ... but that does not hinder performance at all.”

“We are working with a international team on multiple projects. Each project has his central mail manager location to capture the mails. Looking for agreements works perfect with the Mail Manger.”

“I've been using MailManager for more than 15 years. The programming kept up with the developments of Office, Office365 and "the cloud". A great tool to organize e-mail correspondence and attachments - and to quickly find messages, some as old as ... 15 years!”

“Our company has about 60 employees working in offices and home offices throughout the United States. At any one time, we may have as many as 100 active projects. Mail Manager allows us to file emails in project folders and it provides a fast search tool so we can quickly find the document we need. We have been using Mail Manager for years. We highly recommend it.”

“Amazing piece of software, can't imagine how any business might perform well without it. Our team loves how easy it is to find emails and always be in the loop and up to date with whatever's going on in a project. We've even started to use it for non-project related communications, you never know when you need proof of something... Support is always amazing whenever we need it - and it's mainly because of us not knowing how to do something, not because of any software glitches. Can't recommend this enough (and I do whenever I get a chance). So the new referral scheme might actually work in our favour ;) There's always room for improvement and we're looking really forward to when the mobile version will be available. Also, we want to use it on Macs, please!”

“Mail Manager has become an essential tool for me in managing a 59 project initiative in Papua New Guinea from Sydney. While we have not needed to use all the licences yet, the efficiency and effectiveness improvement in being able to track and locate emails has been very cost effective.”

“Mail Manager is a good system that does it's job. However, it due to my multiple inboxes it freezes all my programs a few times a day. when it is doing it's filing checks. I know it is Mail Manager because when I disable the outlook add on it does not occur.”

“This is our go to project database and has now become a vital asset to our business. Simple to use with a very short learning curve but a very powerful piece of software to handle ever increasing email volume. We consider Mail Manager to be essential to the safe management of our email.”
