“Generally a good tool for organising. A couple of improvements would be; a preview tool in the search function so you can see some of the contents of an email without needing to open it, once an email has been filed you can no longer use the Outlook recall function.”

“We'd be lost without Mail Manager! Once it's been installed, there is minimal training required - it's so intuitive that everyone uses it immediately, and understands and reaps the benefits instantly. The only improvement I can see - can there be a "Reply" function directly from the Search screen? Thanks Mail Manager!”

“This software has helped me to manage an email box of cca 150 emails a day and file them so that all team members can find them. I think its good value for money and service so far has been good.”

“Mail Manager is a brilliant product; we have been using it now for over 12 months and could not be without it. Our Engineers have found the software to be incredibly beneficial; as has the rest of the company. Emails just weren't getting saved before and Mail Manager has made the process so seamless that it is no longer a concern for us.”

“We have approximately 75 users across 2 offices and have been using Mail Manager for well over 5 years, filing emails into well over 3000 different destinations across several servers. The search function is so much more intuitive when compared to the standard Outlook search and items can be found quickly and opened in the original email format complete with attachments. New features are added all the time and support has always been quick to respond, always with satisfactory results.”
