“There are many features that have been added to Mail Manager over the years which have been very useful implementations. The support is very comprehensive and all staff are friendly. If anyone is looking for email organisation and sharing, it's a great investment for saving time.”

“MM has provided us a great way to store and retrieve emails. It allows all staff to access project emails. One minor issue is it does sometimes cause Outlook to hang or crash, particularly when trying to exit. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.”

“We are doing great. Mail Manager functions as expected. Comments: Immediately after filing it takes some time to recover the filed item (latency?) We would like to add comments and/or categories after filing.”

“I have used MM since 2008,for my small consultancy, as well as for home e-mails, and cannot imagine not having it. It takes the stress out of finding e-mails from yesterday to yesteryear. Intuitive, easy to learn and good support when you have queries”

“Mail manager is very good, but when the search facility is used not all emails appear and often I still have to go to the route directory to find the email. Also you can only search jobs that you have recorded correspondence against not those of collegues”

“generally very good and reliable for the outlook desktop version. I don't know much about integration with Office 365. there is room for improvement. 1. save a single copy of emails copied to many. 2. add the ability to save attachments to designated project folders.”
