Very good support and assistance from the Mail manager team. In our daily bussiness it gives us overview of project status and it is easy to find latest information. For us a great fit

Mail manager has made our email storage and filing so much better. Finding old emails used to take hours, now they are accessible at the touch of a button. I couldn't recommend it enough and i have referred it to many of our supply chain and suppliers.

It's ok. I have to close outlook sometimes if I want to change a directory name. I rarely use it now. It's of limited appeal.

Great when it is working. I have to restart Outlook once or twice a day as Mail Manager encounters 'problems' and fails. Have been advised to delete .OST files and if that doesn't work recreate Outlook profile. Really? Think I'll put up with it crashing twice a day as delving into IT is not my day job.

I love MM (personally), but the real benefit is when the whole team/company is using it .. and I'm struggling to get it 'over the line'. PLEASE, can you revert your minimum 5 licenses deal, I'm happy to pay for my own .. and only have this copy because of OASYS kindness since I'm trying to get it in to the company

The prompt for this review text asks me to "Tell us how Mail Manager made you happy?" I think it's unethical to only ask for the positives in a review - How can anything here be trusted if you have only asked for the pros, without the cons ?

When first introduced to Mail Manager I was skeptical. I thought Mail Manager would add additional burden to our already taxed cloud hosted email service. The salesperson and I ran through a demonstration. Hmmmm. Is it really that easy? Is it really that quick? I needed an in-house proof of concept, so I requested and started a trial. I was involved with the setup process from the beginning. Mail Manager will work with one or thousands of storage folders based on your needs. You can use your in-house server or a cloud based solution. The solution is extremely flexible. The initial setup of Mail Manager was pointed to our local server just to see the if's and what's of the system. Once instantiated the filing and searching processes were straightforward. Before long our three office firm was filing email with speed and efficiency. I decided to move the storage location to a cloud hosted solution after seeing the initial benefit and ease of use of Mail Manager. The trial on our local server was quick and the trial on the hosted platform was surprisingly quick after the initial load in the client. Mail Manager verifies that the filing locations exist during load. No latency when loading local based storage locations. A little latency was introduced with the cloud hosted solution due to the speed of the internet connections and additional overhead associated with same. The support team was there for our utilization from the initial point of contact to the finalized installation. The personnel were always thoughtful, courteous, and knowledgeable. An enjoyable experience through and through. Mail Manager is a one stop shop for your email management needs. Very highly recommended.

The program is useful but the service is from the team at mail manager is rubbish. I have complained about the same problem repeatedly and still no resolution but they are forever asking me to renew my maintenance subscription - which I refuse to do.

In a team environment, it's very easy to find emails sent by anyone related to the project, since we file emails by project. This has saved us time because I can get whatever info I need without bothering anyone else.

We acquired mail manager prior to COVID and found it helped tremendously to organize our email tracking and filing. With the onset of COVID the higher volume of emails versus direct communications has skyrocketed so it has been a tremendous asset to us to ensure that we remain organized and manage our records for future reference.

product works well and as expected. implementation is a bit bumpy but everyone is getting it figured out. the initial team implementation via zoom was poorly executed and we were not aware of how it was to be done. I mentioned this to the sales team and they never responded.

I don't know how you could operate on multiple projects in a busy consultancy without it! Every email you need is a click away. When its time to archive a project all data is kept together, documents, drawings and emails. Would recommend Mail Manager without hesitation!

Mail Manager helps us as a small practice ensure that each of the team can review correspondence progress. It is terrific to have a multi-layered search function to find key pieces of information. We welcome new updates on the programme as remote working and multiple devices are now part of all work practices. Thanks.

The product itself is great. The billing structure is a bit naughty. When we first started using mail manager we purchased some licences to keep, that came with an optional, renewable, annual maintenance packages. Couple of years down the line they started asking for the annual service charge per licence (granted you get any software updates included and help from the tech team if there are any issues) But I did not want it as we never used the support and the software was working fine without the updates. BUT... now if you do not renew the service charge each year... they take the licence you purchased from you!! My view is you should be able to keep the licence but waiver your rights to updates and support. Have tried 2 or 3 times to make this point but get nowhere so just end up paying it. Found out that last year we got over charged by 6 renewals so they offered to under charge us by 6 this year. What happened next.... they cancelled 6 of our licences!! Like I said, good product but it's just not a smooth process.

The product as it stands is good—it does what it says in the tin. I echo the praise offered by other reviewers. But there are obvious areas for improvement, and the pace of development is slow. Customer service and support is very good.
