“The photographs on their website were confusing which led me to order the wrong handle. When I contacted customer service the matter was sorted out efficiently and they agreed to send me the correct handle without charging me postage, although I did have to pay postage to return the first handle. The replacement handle arrived pretty quickly and the charge for the first handle was also refunded quickly. I would use this company again.”

“A great service from More Handles. The Swarovski knobs I ordered were beautiful and much cheaper than other websites. Delivery was really fast and not over-charged as I sometimes find from other online companies. I ordered the items on a Sunday and I received them on the followingTuesday which is incredible. I would highly recommend using More Handles.”

“I found the website after searching online for cupboard latches and when I found out how to search the website in the right place, there was so much choice, I was able to narrow it down eventually and purchased a cupboard latch and coat hook. They are great value for money and fit my purpose perfectly. They were dispatched and delivered without any problem.”

“The website is really easy to navigate & purchase from. 2 - 3 day delivery turned out to be 4 days. On 3rd day still no email saying item dispatched and on account it said my order was still being processed. So I called up to find out what was going on. The lady I spoke to was very polite & friendly. I was informed it had just been dispatched so will get email shortly. Sure enough email arrived & the next day the item delivered. Item is exactly as shown on website so very pleased.”
