“We were really pleased with the service we received from More Handles and the quality of the handles and knobs we ordered was excellent. We had a problem with a damaged screw for one of the pull handles, but this was rectified in a friendly and efficient manner. We would definitely use this company again.”

“The handles we purchased were made to order and there was consequently a wait. More Handles kept us up to date about a slight delay at the manufacturer’s end and shipped the order on the promised day. The communication was excellent. The courier/import agent at our end in Australia was unfortunately not so good. We had to insist on talking to a supervisor in order for them to process the shipment and have it cleared by Customs. Once cleared it arrived quickly, but More Handles might wish to investigate a more reliable courier for this country. I’d have no hesitation recommending More Handles themselves, and the handles we purchased are beautiful.”

“This is my fourth purchase from More Handles. I completely refurbished a 3 bedroom flat and needed everything door handles/locks, kitchen and cupboard knobs, bathrobe hooks. they had it all and in a style that suited my taste and budget. I keep going back because I get excellent support and advice. Thanks to More Handles customer Service, I was able to find knobs even for my sliding door.”

“Excellent range, good delivery and tracking but initially poor after sales service. I emailed with some constructive quality feedback on the 33865 escutcheons on order 100095889 and I also requested help for a spare part on JAB5R. After two weeks with no response I rang to be told that there was no trace of my email. I went over all the points verbally and was promised an email once they had established if the part was available. After another couple of weeks I had heard nothing which is when I first placed my review. Subsequently I have received a phone call and a full resolution to my request and issues. I’m pleased that this is the case as all my previous experience of the company has been very good - my faith is now restored!”

“I had been looking for handles about 45-50 mm wide for some time without success and stumbled onto More Handles website. It has an astonishing selection of handles in a really wide range of sizes & finishes. I ordered 10 handles for my bi-fold wardrobe doors and was absolutely delighted when they arrived - they looked even better than on-line, they are very good quality solid handles unlike the cheap rubbish on offer in chain stores and they were very reasonably priced too. I can't praise More Handles enough. Their website very user-friendly, their merchandise is first class and from order to delivery was only a few days. Thank you More Handles.”
