“The handle to our on-suite door needed replacement and I noted that it was made by Carlisle Brass, so I looked up the specification and easily found the correct part. I therefore ordered it. The item was delivered promptly and was exactly as specified. Replacement was simple and we also have the other half of the pair should we need it in the future. The only fly in the ointment was that the shipping company, DPD, imposed a hefty charge for shipping to the "Highlands and Islands". Well, we are not IN the Highlands or Islands, they start some 35 miles away. We are in Moray, so this should not be happening at all. In addition, unfair overcharging is a known issue and is being addressed by the Scottish Government. The "Fair Deliveries" web site - https://fairdeliveries.scot/ - makes it possible to determine whether or not a supplier will make a surcharge for delivering to selected Scottish postcodes so we would suggest that More Handles should use the facility to choose a delivery company that does not impose an unfair surcharge on shipments to certain Scottish locations. You are only just over the Border after all!”

“Very very disappointed in the door knobs as the glass knobs keep falling off. It is the last time I will order this type of door knobs? Manufacturer needs to up the quality as they are not cheap.”

Quality and pricing are important to us and your feedback plays a big part in helping us This fault though is something we find can happen with glass products from all suppliers as it's very hard for the manufacturers to fix glass to metal without glue. it's not something we have all the time, but it can happen from time to time. “Handles great. Would have been nice to have the screws provided. Yet to put them On as I now have to find the right screws. As I have a disabled husband that requires constant attendance it will be ages before I can go and buy them.”

“The Carlisle Brass, chrome plated on brass handles were fairly priced, and we've bought them before so we know their quality is top rate so there's nothing to say on that score. As to Morehandles, it was an online order, I got an instant email to confirm the order followed up by another the same day telling me that they were posted, but Royal Mail strikes at the moment might affect delivery time. 10am the next morning they did arrive so, you simply cannot improve on that - fair price, top quality item, and quick delivery backed up by good communication. Thank you guys, please keep it up.”
