“The handle has an attractive rustic style with a matt pewter finish rather than a polished finish. Good value for money and it arrived quickly, well packaged. There was a small issue with the original knocker received. An email to the company received a very quick response. A replacement item was sent out immediately with no quibble. Excellent service.”

“Handle could be perfect replacement for the Weiser handle in place, but unfortunately the spindle is too large for the old door latch which is longer than the replacment.”

“Next day delivery excellent,but I ordered the wrong handles which I needed . Contacted customer services they email me me return form also ordered the the correct handles which I received the following day . Can't fault there service .”

“I placed an order over the Christmas period with express delivery with more handles. Their website did not mention they were closed and confirmation emails didn’t mention this. When the item hadnt turned up I dug around on their website and in their shipping policy is where they mentioned they are closed. Frustrating, but we got the delivery a couple of days after they were open but with no real apology. Since then we have tried to put up our curtain pole but some fittings are missing; we aren’t sure if we needed to order them or if they were missing. We’ve emailed twice and heard nothing back. Won’t be ordering from them again”
