“I was searching for two drawer handles to smarten up an old linen press. I found just what I wanted on this site - real brass, distressed so they look just like the existing door pull. The handles arrived very quickly, and I was very pleased with the items and the service I received. I would have no reservations in recommending this company.”

“I purchased a green crystal drawer knob with a chrome base, then I saw one on the website with a brass base (which is what I needed), so I purchased that one too. The next day I contacted the store to cancel the first drawer knob and the staff were extremely helpful and refunded my money, for the first drawer knob, without any fuss, and the one I needed was posted and delivered within two days. Wonderful. Thanks guys!!!”

“I had a very very specific problem, needing to replace a window catch without repeating the hidden design error of the one that broke ( not from them.) They were very patient, responded really quickly, rang a manufacturer to check things, unasked, found all the information I couldn't find in online descriptions..really, this could not be bettered.”

“Unfortunately part of my order had been discontinued and they didn't have enough in stock for what I needed to do. However they were fast to highlight that and apologise for the inconvenience. Refund for that part of the order was fast, no hassle and the door handles I ordered arrived the next day! I am very happy with my selection, they look great. I would certainly purchase from them gain.”

“Only issue was trying to find matching rim locks and regular handles. I didn't get them exactly right, but it was tolerable. Best to phone up to double check if you need different types of handle in the same style.”
