“Unfortunately the handles I ordered did not fit my doors. I contacted the company and after talking to their consultants we realised that because my house was old the door were too wide/thick for their handles. I returned all of the handles and had an immediate refund.”

“I searched all over the place to find some reasonably priced decorative, but sturdy hinges. The hinges that were provided with a summerhouse we purchased last year were not holding the doors in their correct position and as a result the doors were dragging on the decking in front of the building. I have replaced them with a set of sturdy metal hinges that do not dip and flex on the hinge pin and this has made all the difference. The hinges were delivered far quicker than the suggested delivery time so service from beginning to end was perfect. Thank you.”

“We ordered some brushed steel handles for our new kitchen in different sizes. When they had not arrived after a few days I telephoned and it turned out the delay was because the smallest size was not in stock. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and said someone would call me back. My call was returned within minutes by a man who also apologised and offered to send a larger (and more expensive size) as a substitute. I was very happy with this and the full order arrived the next day. The handles are now fitted and look superb!”
