“The product range and the quality is excellent. The website and purchase process is very easy to use. I have previously had a minor issue on items missed on an earlier purchased - I called and it was handled professionally and the missing item immediately dispatched. Likewise when I called for advice on a purchase, the service and advise I received was excellent. I have recommended morehandles to a number of friends - its our first port of call for any hardware.”

“The green handles are just what we wanted they look and feel lovely,much nicer than wooden ones.They were here within the time expected,a good price so very pleased with the whole operation. Our 25 year old farmhouse kitchen is now in fashion with the help of 3 tins of paint and 34 green handles.”

“I duplicated my order in error whilst trying to add further items to my original order. Regrettably was not able to sort out the problem online so I rang the seller 9am the following day. Despite having ALREADY placed the items in despatch they were able to prevent the duplicate delivery & refunded my overpayment immediately. Goods received on correct basis soon afterwards & are perfect for the job.”

“Bought two different pairs of sturdy bolts, one pewter ornate the other more utilitarian. Both sets were fantastic quality and look great in place. The screw holes on the shepherds crook ones did not fit the holes but my son ( a painter and decorator) was able to sort this and they look superb with my pewter door handles. He was very impressed with the others, liked the look and said they were very strong. All arrived promptly and at slightly cheaper prices than elsewhere. Will keep on using this firm!”
