“Having ordered two rim latches and five sets of rim lock knobs, the order arrived very promptly and well packed. Unfortunately two sets of door knobs were wrong, after waiting over the weekend I phoned More Handles first thing Monday morning. I had a return label emailed tome almost immediately and the correct door knobs next day. Very pleased, excellent service we will not hesitate to use More Handles again when we want locks and door knobs. Thank you.”

“I ordered some handles to go on a cabinet I bought from a charity shop so that it tied in with the rest of my furniture. Delivery was incredibly quick and the handles are of very good quality and perfect for the job.”

“The website was easy to navigate to find a suitable product. I was trying to find a similar sized handle to the old one so it was particularly good to have the detailed dimensions. I selected a product from a range I have not bought before. I was delighted with the quality, feel and finish of the handle in question. Delivery was prompt, I really liked the delivery slot being advised; as it happened it was not important but nothing worse than waiting around for a delivery!”

“I made an order a few weeks back and after a few days Aidan e-mailed me to say one item would be delayed. I asked for the rest ASAP as they were needed and received them by return of post. I then made a subsequent order and found one of the sealed packets was missing a part. Aidan contacted the manufacturer who then replaced the entire unit. And what's more, their prices are great too!”
