“Excellent service. Appliance delivered and installed very quickly- faster than any of the "big name" retailers. Problem with the item (not NE's fault) was sorted out promptly. Andy & Aaron, who delivered and installed the item (twice!) gave an accurate time window for delivery and then were friendly, efficient and professional. Would definitely use again”

“A really good service from the beginning and talking to Sam through to delivery and fitting by Curtis and his partner (sorry I can’t remember your name) I had agonised for weeks about replacing my fridge freezer and it was so easy!”

“No problem ordering and delivery was excellent. Called to advise estimated delivery time and were very polite and provided excellent service on arrival. Took cooker exactly to where it needed to be. Can’t thank the delivery guys enough. Well pleased all round. Thank you.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Received my new oven on the day I requested, installed and ready to go in 10 minutes. Can’t rate this company highly enough and will certainly be using them for any future requirements. Wish I’d discovered them before ordering my other kitchen appliances from a large well known chain who proved to be absolutely useless. Very happy customer.”

“Excellent appliance. Even better than the last Boosch we had that lasted 10 yrs. Very quiet cleans really well and also has a quick wash. NE delivered and installed it very efficiently. Took all of 10 minutes to remove the old machine and plumb in the new one. Recommended”

“Good price. Better still delivered within 2 days. Delivery men took about 10 minutes I total and old washer removed and new one connected. Excellent service. Thank you”

“Ordered dishwasher on line , before delivery spoke to us to ear services who advised me on an approx time . Phone call prior to delivery , and. Delivery by two chaps who was excellent and polite . All all excellent . Would certainly use again”

“Your engineers arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. They took away the old washing machine and connected the new integrated machine. They vacuumed the small amount of wood shavings from the drill. My mother was very very happy with them and their work. I have already recommended you to colleagues at work and friends of mine. An excellent service”
