“Brilliant service, I was hesitant having never used this company before but I need not have been. Communication was excellent and the delivery guys were polite and efficient and called ahead to give me an idea of the arrival time. I will definitely be using this company again when I need new goods.”

“Brilliant from start to finish. They came up on a Google search for a particular appliance. Good value, easy to order. They rang to confirm details and the delivery date. Delivery guys were lovely. Gave advice on first use. I rang with an installation query and they called me back with the answer. They’ll be top of my list next time I need an appliance.”

“It is extremely difficult to obtain appliances due to shortage in chips yet I ordered my Neff appliance from NE an it was delivered within a couple of days. They kept me informed at all stages until their friendly and helpful delivery team delivered it onto my kitchen floor. 1st class all the way”

“Telephoned NE to check the delivery time and arrangements for the fridge and freezer I wanted. A very helpful lady answered our questions and then very efficiently took the order over the phone rather than having to return to the website. Delivery was on the agreed day and the driver called to let us know the time. I would not hesitate to use again”

“The Order and Delivery of my Fridge/Freezer was quick and efficient. Our new kitchen is not yet ready so we have not as yet used it however looking inside we are very pleased with the layout etc. Hopefully, we will be pleased once it's up and running. Looking forward to that.”

“Very Impressed with NE Appliances, the price of the Fridge I selected was a lot less than the Main Electrical Retailers and with Free delivery within a couple of days of my Order. I had a phone call on the day of delivery to let me know the approximate time of delivery and when the guys turned up with the fridge they unpacked it and placed it in the position in the kitchen we wanted it. I would fully recommend NE appliances to any of my friends or colleagues”
