“I thoroughly recommend ne appliances. Also the service I received was impeccable, every person I had contact with was extremely helpful and pleasant including the delivery men, with a special mention of Ophelia.”

“We bought a candy hob and integrated oven. They were delivered promptly and fitted very professionally. Very happy with purchases and customer services. The fitters were very professional. Communication clear all the way through the process. Sales man was extremely helpful and accessed our needs and sold us exactly what we needed.”

“Our washing machine was delivered and fitted the following day of purchase, it was installed by two excellent young men,we were instructed how to use, the old one removed without any fuss or bother. This was our second purchase from Nailsea Electrical, excellent service, plus a big thankyou to Charlotte, for her patience.”

“Easy to contact for advice, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Delivery prompt, staff polite and courteous, attention to detail in installing my integrated dishwasher, promise to return if there was anything to do with the installation that I became concerned about - it had been very difficult to re-align the door that integrated the device into the kitchen. Would recommend.”

“Telephone contact was lovely, personalised, and dedicated. Every time we rang, someone answered promptly and generally to the point. We were referred to the same person who'd taken our order upfront,which was wonderful. I wanted to recall the name of the saleswoman who took care of me so patiently, but I seem to have forgotten it (Lalaine? No, that's not it). The price was right, delivery was fine, and we are so far very happy with our purchase. May I just suggest sending a confirmation email with a sales slip when you get the funds, as, without it, we were worried our order had vanished. Congratulations and we will look at you for our next appliance (probably dishwasher)”

“The Bosch 176cm fridge/freezer is exactly what we wanted with the best electricity saving possible. NE was by far the best price and delivery was exactly what we were told and the guys were very helpful to lift it into the kitchen. We will definitely shop with NE again.”
