“Recently bought a Bosch dishwasher and very happy with it. The price was good and the delivery was on time. They even called on the day to give me a time and took the old one away with no bother.”

“After an initial concern as to whether the fridge I had bought was actually in stock or not, they reassured me that they were able to get it and it was delivered as scheduled. The thing I was most impressed with was their communication - when they said they would call me, they did. Also kept me informed. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.”

“I recently purchased a Hotpoint washer dryer. It was very easy to order online. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to establish whether my old one could be recycled. I phoned and a very kind gentleman arranged for an admin lady to contact me and organise removal of my old washing machine. All this was very easily done I took delivery of my washing machine three days after I ordered it. The two young men who delivered it were very helpful and carried it all the way into my home . I can’t fault NE appliances for their organisation it was wonderful; top rate. I would definitely order additional appliances from them in the future.”

“Ordering was easy. You had to pay for delivery if you specified am or pm. On the day they phoned at 8.15 to say they were coming pm. Shane and Rob were polite and efficient. The washing machine had a small leak. I contacted ne and arranged a visit. Once again an efficient service and problem fixed I would use this firm again and recommend to others.”
