“I had a minor issue regarding to delivery date. when I contacted NE appliances to check my delivery date,Jessy called me back straightaway and she immediately resolved it. They did deliver it on the day and time as arranged, spot on! John the Driver and his colleague are very polite. I am happy with my product, I was scary to buy it online. I haven’t switched it on yet as I am waiting for the builders to finish my kitchen. Bu it looks amazing the fridge freezer Liebherr and it is the right size for the space I have for it. And it is very modern, I love it! I am surprised how well distributed the space for fridge & freezer are inside. For one person it is fantastic, the Germans knows how to make good appliances for a small space. It was very hard to find this brand and there are not many in the UK with this type of measurements for fridge freezer. I just hope the brand is as good as the product looks like. I love the tone of silver colour, it’s great! I really recommend NE Appliances, they have an excellent customer service. I will buy again from them. Many thanks 🙏”

“the website was easy to navigate and once I had made my choice of fridge freezer I got a phone call the next day from a very friendly person asking bout access and if I had any more questions. This was very welcome as many internet-based companies do not care about customer services. choosing a delivery day was easy and I had a call the day from the delivery man asking more questions about access and a rough idea of delivery times, a call on the day with a closer slot. I would definitely use them again”
