“Right from the start a very easy purchase. Delivery was clear with a call from the lads in the morning saying approx time they would be delivering. Once here unpacked outside and brought in and plumbed the washing machine in. Very polite. A great job thanks so much”

“Excellent service all the way through from in-store advice to delivery. The two man delivery team were particularly helpful. The doors were just a few millimetres too narrow for the large fridge freezer to come through. The delivery team took the item out of the box and removed the handles to get it through safely without damage to the item or the doorway.”

“Dealing with ne appliances was brilliant from start to finish Gail was so helpful on the telephone, The delivery driver telephoned with an approx time and when they arrived both the driver and his helper were happy and polite. I would recommend this company to any of my friends.”

“I contacted NE appliances due to bigger dealership letting me down. The personal contact with someone that actually cared about you as a customer was a breath of fresh air. The sales person was brilliant, no false promises or twisting the true situation regarding delivery. A solution is sought, you actually get a call back you end up with you want anyway.
