“The process from ordering to delivery was spot on. Communications were very good and delivery was faultless on our Liebherr fridge/ freezer. Very happy with our appliance with a very good price, would not hesitate to shop here again. Perfect.”

“All-round fantastic service. We ordered on a Sunday, and it so happened one part of our order was out of stock. Got a phone call the next day running me through some options, decided to cancel missing item later in the week and got no pushback at all which is rare these days. Delivery staff was very friendly despite it being 32 degrees and two flights of stairs. They had the washer installed in 20 minutes with no issues. Would order again from NE.”

“The customer service was excellent. The moment we walked in the door, the young lady was extremely helpful. Having been to a well-known company the day before, where the service was non-existent, it was a breath of fresh air. “My ne appliance was excellent in every way. I'd ordered the wrong model, but they were back two days later with the appliance I'd meant to order. All 4 delivery men involved were lovely - friendly, helpful and cheerful, and the person who phoned me to arrange the delivery of the one I should have ordered was the same. I couldn't have asked for better service - especially as it was me who had made the initial mistake. My thanks to everyone involved.”

“Just Purchased an Indesit IWC71252 W UK N Washing machine opting for the un/install service and can't praise the service engineer enough, as he handled a very difficult situation with great ingenuity and patience and calmed my anxiety; leaving the job after two hours with a beautifully installed new working machine! I can not thank John enough! The machine seems to be working fine, is very quiet and what is there not to like? Thank you ne appliances!!!!”
