“From my phone call being answered by a friendly and helpful operator to delivery on the day specified, with advice on time of arrival (I was first on the list), fitting of my new oven and disposal of the old one, my experience of ne was exemplary. I shall return should I need other new electrical equipment.”

“We had some reservations about ordering from Ne following a couple of negative reviews so waited anxiously for our freezer to arrive. I’m pleased to say it was on time, our anxiety was entirely misplaced. The delivery guys were helpful and friendly and the freezer was very competitively priced. Big thumbs up to NE appliances. Would definitely order again.”

“Delivered within 48 hours of ordering. Special mention to the 2 delivery lads who went above and beyond to get the fridge into the house and were great lads to deal with, to the point whereby I will order from NE again”

“Good range of products at affordable prices. Extremely helpful customer service - there was a stock issue with what I ordered and I explained the urgency of my delivery situation I was offered ab alternative immediately. The delivery drivers were communicative on the day and although they suffered a puncture on their route, they let me know and delivered my fridge/freezer efficiently and professionally. All my interactions have been with friendly and helpful professionals. I am very pleased with the whole experience, especially as this is my first ever experience of purchasing a household appliance.”

“After a disappointing experience at Curry's I went to NE Appliances and received great customer service, I spoke to Adrian who was very helpful and knowledgeable, he was also very polite and professional. I ordered my cooker and it was delivered exactly the day/time as promised. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will be getting any future Appliances from them”

“The delivery service was great. The guys who delivered my fridge did everything to get it in through my tricky hall way. Took all the wrapping off and also plugged the fridge in. I didn’t have an email to say when they would be coming, which was a little disappointing, but they did call me 1 hour before arrival. That allowed me enough time to get home from work. Over all, it was great.”

“My purchase of a Hotpoint dishwasher on your web site, was quite easy. The complication was in fitting it! Which was managed admirably by your fitters, who had to partly dismantle the kitchen sink to be able to install it. Very well done.”
