“We were pleased with the services that ne appliances provided. The lady in the showroom helped us to choose the right cooker and priced checked the competitors to give us a better price. We also are pleased that we have supported a family-owned business too. The only negative is that more emphasis should be made on making sure that we had the right connections for a duel fuel cooker. Other than that we are extremely happy with ne appliances and they will be our first call if we need a new appliance.”

“Many thanks for a nice early morning delivery, and 2 lovely, polite young men delivered, disconnected and removed my old oven for recycling in no time at all. Very impressed with the service and my new oven so far.”

“Couldn’t supply the tumble dryer I wanted without a 3 week delay so offered me a free upgrade for free-delivery by the following Tuesday. We’ll impressed, will definitely use them again”

“Excellent Hisense fridge-freezer -plenty of space in each section. Looks very elegant. Very disappointed with delivery service by Nailsea Electronics - paid £25 for removal of old fridge-freezer plus a further £75 for installation of new purchase. Took 10 minutes to put into place and plug in and then refused to take cardboard and polystyrene packaging away as we hadn’t paid a further charge for this. What a rip off - always trusted Nailsea Electronics before but no longer!”

“All good, Hotpoint washing machine delivered within timescales, placed in kitchen as requested. Delivery staff very helpful and the purchase overall was seemless. I will be using this company again 🙂”

“A bit poor to start with didn't get it when was supposed to but sorted in the end not kept informed about delay. The 2 guys that delivered were first class nothing to much trouble highly recommended an asset to your company”
