“Would definitely use ne appliances again. For one thing the price of the washing machine was so good compared to other electrical places. Ordering was easy. On the day of delivery I was contacted that morning by the delivery guys with an estimated time they would get to me. They arrived in that time slot. The delivery team were so friendly and polite. They even gave me a tip on pushing the machine back under the worktop. I was very impressed with everything to do with this purchase.”

“I ordered on Sunday and delivery was made, as planned, on Tuesday. Delivery staff were polite and helpful and installed the fridge/freezer, explained how it worked and removed my broken machine all within about fifteen minutes. Excellent service, thank you. John Barron”

“Fantastic service from start to finish! A very impressive showroom with a great choice of appliances, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff and at very competitive prices. We ordered our cooker Friday and it was delivered and installed by the Saturday morning by excellent installers - we were lucky and managed to buy an ex-display to avoid any delay in delivery which appears to be down to the supply of appliance parts UK wide and not the companies themselves. We would highly recommend NE appliances and will definitely be using them again without fail when the need arises. For us, it was great to be able to support a local company although they do deliver far and wide! Thank you for a 5 star service!”
