“Excellent service from Adrian who sorted us out a great deal on an AEG washing machine which was delivered and installed the very next day. Would definitely recommend trying NE Appliances instead of online as they have this thing called a shop with human beings were you can properly see what you are buying before handing over your hard earned cash.”

“I could not fault the two-man team who fitted the fridge freezer overcoming the difficulties that they were faced with outside their control. They coped well with the problems.”

“Dealing with NE was exemplary from first contact on the web, immediate email from Samantha in Sales through to delivery - all in the space of a few days. I had damaged my 12yo NEFF T44 and, whilst Insurance would pay out, I knew that it would be difficult to find a NEFF 92cm wide replacement. John Lewis had provided the Model Number I would require though could not source. I went on many websites who advised they had ‘in stock’ but in reality this was incorrect when tested and actually 12 week wait or unknown. NE advised one in stock, placed order, check with Samantha on delivery of my choice, paid for over phone and arranged delivery for following week. Had immediate follow up email then invoice.advisories during the week and then actual confirmation the previous day of AM delivery. Delivery guys called about an hour befor arrival and very helpfully carried through to the kitchen. All neat and tidy. They also dropped a set of quality induction saucepans and frying pan. So cannot rate NE any higher. Samantha contacted then to make sure all was ok!!”
