“We ordered a new fidge a few weeks ago and was given an arrival date at the end of March. In fact, it was delivered third week of February. The staff at the end of the phone were excellent, gave all the required details and were friendly but professional. The delivery team were also excellent. Very effificent, gave instruction and advice as needed and were quickly off to their next job. Well done NE and thank you. Paul Brandon”

“Nothing was too much trouble. I had to put off delivery several times and it was dealt with very efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“GReat experience, easy to order on the website and super quick delivery. the order was an american fridge freezer which had to go in our garage, the 2 guys who delivered were brilliant really professional and took their time very carefully moving the appliance. would definitely recommend! we dont have any pictures to submit yet as our new kitchen is being fitted next week!”

“Our old dishwasher stopped working so we trekked out to a large retailer only to be told the machine was out of stop & they didn't a clue (direct quote) when they might get any in. Found NE (who were actually closer to home than large retailer) via Google, the very nice man not only had a machine in stock but could install it within a couple of working days. Delivery guys arrived early, quickly installed the machine & disposed of the old one. Brilliant”

“I was impressed with the information given regarding the washing machines. Helping me to choose the machine that would suit me best. Chose an auto dose machine and love the fact I can load the machine and set it off without flapping with the detergents etc., Delivery and fitting was done quite smoothly. Would definitely recommend NE Appliances”

“I purchased a Miele Dishwasher (at a competitive price when other retailers were out of stock) by telephone on Monday 14 Feb, having found ne appliances on the web. Your member of staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. She promised me a delivery and installation on the Wednesday, just two days later. I was kept in the picture over the next two days and the dishwasher was delivered and fitted on Wednesday by a friendly and efficient team from ne appliances.”
