“Was great to be able to speak to someone on the phone and get all the support and help I needed. Compared price with leading suppliers and NE Appliances was the same so it was good to buy local and have a more personal service. We spoke on the phone several times and also had contact over email. Very efficient and prompt and helpful services.”

“Amazing service from start to finish ! My old washer/ drier finally gave up the ghost . One call to NE got me a new one ordered and if I hadn’t been going away it could have been delivered and fitted within two days ! When it was delivered and fitted the 41 steps up to a first floor flat didn’t present a problem nor did the wonky kitchen ! All fitted and everything taken away . !”

“New liebherr stand alone Fridge Freezer delivered on time and carried into my second floor flat kitchen by NE team. Elected to unpack and “plug in” myself, no old unit to recycle, delivery team asked I wait few hours for refrigerant to settle before powering up.”

“I’ve been searching now for over a month to replace my mother‘s old gas cooker. Checked online with all the big appliance companies. All we’re out of stock with no date to say when the cookers would be back in stock. Well done to NE appliances for a good selection of cookers to choose from. Easy to use online ordering, only one hiccup with booking a date for the gas engineer, to fit a cooker. Quickly sort it out with the good service team at NE appliances. Mum very happy”

“Really Good, never used them before, found them on the web, prices were very competitive, delivery times were very quick, seemed too good to be true, took the plunge and ordered a fridge. Was impressed with the communication, delivery was exactly on time, the delivery guys were helpful, no damage on the fridge which works perfectly. So 5 stars to ne appliances.”
