“First class service, prompt delivery, and an all round excellent team. The positive attitude, customer care, and friendliness of the store staff is what ensured we used NE. To then get a really good deal on top of that, just confirmed the decision. As a business local to us in origin I would definitely recommend them, and will be going back in future to them first.”

“I ordered a double integral oven for my daughter, it was delivered the next day. It was installed and old oven taken away. The service was so good that when my oven stopped working within a week I called Nailsea services and again they delivered and installed the oven the next day. We cannot recommend highly enough the service we received and quality and good price.”

“I ordered a cooker but had a call to say the product was sold out but would order it from the supplier. They kept me updated with another call to say when it could be delivered and installed. A brilliant customer experience overall and will be my go-to supplier for all my electrical appliances from now on. Excellent value compared to other suppliers.”
