Mp5 was very helpful. However this whole process is taking far too long, its almost 4 weeks now. I don't understand why it's only chased for an update once a week. Happy with help this morning, but overall not impressed with one call claims.

Our car which had been in a no fault claim was returned undriveable and unsafe. This was mid September and the original claim was 08/07/25. We are without a car or settlement, the online portal still says no update and it is extremely difficult to speak to anyone by phone. No-0ne can help.
