MP5 has been extremely helpful on the chat this morning. My head is scrambled after a hit and run and she has been really good. Hopefully we will get out courtesy car today following her intervention

I spoke to IC2 today about my accident that happened on my way to work today. I was quite shaken up and distressed about it all. Having explained what happened, IC2 listened and showed empathy to me. I felt calm and relaxed knowing that this person was listening to how traumatic my ordeal was for me. Thank you IC2...I hope I am able to speak to you tomorrow when I phone back to finish the Claims discussion.

Quick and simple to raise a claim. Bit concerned it wasn’t thorough enough! Bit annoying to be redirected to Sabre underwriter who’s office closes at 4pm

Had to notify a claim that was not our fault even though the other party's insurance company had already accepted liability. However, the claims customer service agent for One Call Claims was very helpful and friendly, explained the process well and was knowledgable. So far, so good! ref SS6
