“The team members have been incredibly prompt and helpfull with the difficult process of progressing my claim against the third party insurance - Direct Line ( VERY Indirect really) and getting a settlement. Big thanks to SC6 for setting the claim in motion ,CF6,TP(?),Chloe(?)MP5,JG(?), anyone else who I have missed and MP4 for keeping me in touch with the progress. Well pleased Ray Dawson”

“Spent 4.5 hours trying to sort out a problem on live chats and phone calls only to be cut off and given the run around. l spoke to Mark...MP4. He was polite efficient and helpful. The problem was causing me much anxiety and he put my mind at rest. Well done Mark...your colleagues were useless!”
