Toni (TW3) could not be more helpful. She ran through every part of the process with me, was patient while I made the online £150 payment and booked the pick up of my car for a suitable time to me. Cannot fault her. Friendly and professional.

Tw6 very helpful System you use is absolute rubbish Go back to good old fashioned talk to your customers over the phone and help them sort things out whilst they are already traumatised after an accident. It’s taken me 6 days to sort a hire car, no word as to total loss value you are going to offer me yet (also 6 days later) As I said rubbish way of working

Problem getting contact details for the company. Claim information on the portal told me that i never had anything else to send but when i eventually got through to live chat was advised that i had to send more photo's. asked for a timescale for this to be done as the alarm keeps on going off, and the car is needed to take my mother out but never got a reply just told that it will be as soon as possible. Basically not good customer service.

I lodged a no fault claim yesterday and can honestly say the service is appalling. I had to spend 1.5 hours on the phone completing numerous documents only to find myself being asked to either pay my insurance excess or sign a credit agreement for the repairs to be done, whilst I was the driver having been hit from behind! I will never renew my policy with this company again
