Unfortunately 2 years after my claim had settled I was having problems when re-insuring my vehicle because One Call had not updated to CUE (Claims Underwriting Exchange) database confirming that my claim was a Non Fault accident. When new insurers checked the database, it was still sitting as a Fault Claim. However I went on to chat with MH9 and she sorted it all out very quickly and did exactly what she promised to do to rectified the situation.

Initially it was very hard to get someone to look into my claim. Was a bit of a goose chase. Once I had eventually got to the right person. The lady on the phone was excellent, very friendly and professional. Kept me at ease during a very stressful time.

The information i received from jw 3 was excellent far better than have received from company as whole.the call staff ive spoken to since 5 th november has been good but feel theyve been let down by people above or there mentors,.ive been told that weve not cooperated which is certainly not the case i enquired on 7th november as to where vehicle was told hough and green had it it left there depot on 7th nov at 10.45 and has taken till now to surface.my wife who had the accident spoke with gaby hill and sent her all the information pictures and drawings of scene after also being in ambulance for nearly an hour when accident happened and been told we hadnt sent details which she had and been told havent sent claim form which she has not had and also a letter telling her youd be dealing with things as instucred to that was 20th nov when been in contact with yourselves since 5th november at 8am on 5th november so strange took over 2 weeks

Louis kept me informed start to finish and actually did what he said he would do..eg call back specific time window, etc, which is refreshing when company dealing with so many calls each day. He should be commended!
