The claims portal is next to useless. The only way to get updates on progress - or lack of - appears to be via the online chat. I just spoke with Marc (MP4), regarding OneCallClaims policy of not issuing interim payments on written-off vehicles. I'm no closer to receiving my payment, although I'm reassured that they're on the case.
