“The customer service agents were very nice, polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the repair vehicle hire and physiotherapy service wasn’t as good. Their approved repairer was actually out of my county, very far away. The replacement vehicle I could only have if I signed a credit agreement. And they gave me contact details of two physiotherapists, one which was an hour and a half away from me, when I asked for one closer, they gave me details of company that doesn’t actually exist. So that part of the claim wasn’t very good.”
