The Service I received from your Claims Customer Service Agent ‘Danielle’ was very clear and helpful throughout. However I was required to provide a little additional information and in efforts to do this, I was subsequently pointed to the Customer Portal to process this. In my view, this process was much less user friendly. - Having already provided the claims ref number , I was prompted then to answer ‘ yes or no ‘ If this was an existing claim and at that point, I was not allowed to progress the detail any further. I do not find the Customer Portal user friendly at all and very frustrating at a time when convenience and ease of communication is a PRIORITY - Clearly, personal contact is hugely preferred for efficient and frustration free resolution.

Spoke today with SM1. Very friendly and efficient. This was to arrange for my car to be picked up and a courtesy car sent to me. Only a small car was available at the time so she has arranged for a larger replacement closer to my needs to be supplied as and when one becomes available. I would recommend this agent. Good job.

MP4 was super quick in helping with my query, replying to my messages and updating as requested. He also said he would make a note so I would receive an email update on my claim by the end of the day too. Fab.
