He was very polite and helpful however I do believe the customers are left on the phone for to long mine was almost 50 minutes answering all the questions then passing it onto another department where they asked you the same questions and as with me yet another department and same questions. Surely all the answers could be passed along, but with brief security checks at each department saves a huge amount of our time. Again my claims adjuster was very good and couldn't help me enough. I also think as it's an accident im calling about why all to me the unnecessary questions about how far i travel a year, what my employment is etc...
