“at first I was very frustrated in not seeing how to contact someone on the website, but eventually found out how to do so, anyway when I did my login issues were resolved and now happy. you jus need to have the chat option available on front page & not buried in other parts of the webpage.”

“I couldn't easily find how to opt out of automatic renewal or contact the company, but once I got into live chat with RG4, he very quickly and politely showed me how to do it. I wasn't aware that One Click was a "self managed" portal.”

“Had problems with my policy and although struggled initially to source a contact with One Click - eventually found their live chat option (not particularly publicised). Courtney (CF1) on Live Chat quickly sorted the problem and was very helpful”

“I was unable to create a login due to a data mismatch and was concerned that there was no available telephone number for a customer services support. No Live Chat available over the weekend. When I did get a session the operator, Ryan, was very helpful and helped me to get the data right so tha tI was able to create a login.”

“Thanks to Greg for helping out. On the negative side though, the website wouldn't accept my payment which resulted in not progressing to the sending of my policy documents plus it took quite a while to reach a successful completion.”
